From 1999 through August 2002, Jaime was the internal account leader for the 2002 Olympic Winter Games PR Agency of Record, Coltrin & Associates. She worked on a daily basis with senior management inside the organizing committee, providing strategic counsel in all areas, including: sponsors, the International Olympic Committee, ticket sales, volunteer recruitment, ceremonies, strategic branding and messaging, venues, transportation, tourism, and television and crisis planning.

Jaime created the 2002 Olympic Winter Games time crisis plan, the Olympic Torch Relay communications plan (a 65-day journey of the Olympic Torch Relay on which she led the public relations team), and was the lead media relations person with USA Today, NBC, The Today Show, Larry King, Washington Post, New York Times and several other leading US and international media.

In addition to her extensive Olympic experience, Jaime was the Director of Public Relations for LucasArts, a division of Lucasfilm. In her consulting career she and has led the AOR for Burger King Corporation and has been deeply involved in homeland security, technology, venture capital and is a consultant on Olympic-related issues with Reputations Corporation.
